Show your support for this year's London Revolution

Cycling events have sprung up across the country and one of the most popular is the Dulux Trade London Revolution. The 185-mile route takes riders on a loop around London, past iconic sights such as Tower Bridge and through the Chilterns and North Downs. Even if you don't plan on tackling the ride yourself, there are loads of ways that you can get involved with this year's London Revolution. You can cheer on the participants at locations around London, you can sponsor a team, or you can donate to a charity supported by the event.

Dulux Trade are the main event sponsor and support The Outward Bound Trust, a charity which helps young people to achieve their potential. With nearly 1 million young people in the UK not in education, employment or training, the Trust's work has never been more important. 73% of participants needed financial help to take part in our courses last year, meaning that every pound you raise will help the next generation to achieve their ambitions.

Sharing your support on social media also helps to raise awareness of both the event and the charities involved. Perhaps you can go along, take some photographs, and share them on your website, Facebook or Twitter accounts? Or why not on all of them?
