Dulux Trade Free Prize Draw in Association with P&D News (August 2022)

1. By entering this Dulux Trade free prize draw, participants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Subject to these terms and conditions, this Dulux Trade free prize draw is open to all residents of the UK, age 18 years and over, excluding employees of AkzoNobel its subsidiaries and affiliates, their families, agents or anyone else connected with the competition.
3. To enter the free prize draw, you must register to receive Dulux Trade In the Know emails via the Dulux Trade sign-up page between the time of receiving the email on Monday 22^nd August and 23:59 on Sunday 4^th September 2022. All times stated will be considered GMT. Registration received out of these times will not be accepted. No responsibility is accepted for entries that are lost or delayed in transmission, incomplete, or illegible.
4. Email addresses and other information submitted to register that contain content that is deemed offensive, derogatory, abusive, insensitive or promotes or endorses violence or any other socially unacceptable or illegal material will be disqualified.
5. Only one entry per person will be permitted.
6. Winners are limited to one (1) Dulux Trade Colour Sensor and one (1) Dulux Trade Fan Deck.
7. The prize is non transferable and there is no cash alternative.
8. The five (5) winners will be chosen at random the week commencing Monday 5^th September 2022. AkzoNobel will contact the five (5) winners via the five (5) email addresses registered.
9. To receive one (1) Dulux Dulux Trade Colour Sensor and one (1) Dulux Trade Fan Deck the winner will need to provide a UK address which will be used by AkzoNobel for the sole purpose of posting out the prize and their name. If the winner fails to provide their contact details within 14 days of initial contact from AkzoNobel, the Dulux Trade Colour Sensor and Dulux Trade Fan Deck will be offered to the next chosen winner. The prize will be dispatched within 28 days upon receiving the winners' contact details.
10. Any personal data relating to you including without limitation, the entrant's name, address and telephone number will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will be disclosed to third parties solely for the purpose of administering this promotion. Any personal information held by AkzoNobel in respect of this promotion will be held on record for a short period for the purpose of ensuring fulfilment of the promotion.
11. AkzoNobel may contact the winner(s) and ask them to take part in publicity relating to the prize.
12. AkzoNobel reserves the right, with or without cause to exclude any participants in this competition or withhold any prize where there has been a violation of any of these terms and conditions.
13. AkzoNobel’s decision on all matters relating to the competition is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered in to.
14. AkzoNobel reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Dulux Trade free prize draw in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice. AkzoNobel reserves the right to substitute these prizes for prizes of equal or greater value if necessary. 
15. AkzoNobel will not be liable for any prizes which are lost, delayed, or damaged in the post for reasons beyond our control.
16. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AkzoNobel excludes:
    1. - all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied; and
       b. - any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any participant in connection with this competition. This shall not be deemed to exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of AkzoNobel or its employees or agents.
17. Nothing in these terms and conditions restricts your statutory rights as a consumer.
