Long terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and, by participating, all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

    Eligibility:

  1. This promotion is only open to the recipients of the email who must be UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) or Channel Island residents aged 16 years or over at the time of the promotion, excluding employees and their immediate families of the AkzoNobel group of companies (the “Promoter”), their agents, distributors, retailers and anyone professionally connected to this promotion.
  2. The promotion is open to Contract Direct account customers only.
  3. Purchase necessary.

  5. This promotion is open for purchases from 1st October 2016 until 21st November 2016.
  6. How to claim

To receive your Love 2 Shop gift card, or credit note you must purchase over your target (Spend £500 over target and get £50 back | Spend £1,000 over target and get £100 back | Spend £2,500 over target and get £250 back | Spend £5,000 over target and get £500 back | £10,000 over target and get £1000 back | £15,000 over target and get £1500 back) of any Dulux Trade and Armstead included products within the promotional period.

  9. This promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
  10. General

  11. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  12. Please allow 60 days after the close of the promotion for receipt of your Love 2 Shop gift card, or credit note.
  13. The maximum value that each customer can claim is £1500 in Love 2 Shop Gift card, or credit note.
  14. Love 2 Shop gift card, or credit note cannot be mixed.
  15. No bulk or third party applications will be accepted.
  16. Retain the original receipt/invoices (proof of purchase) for your personal files.
  17. Instructions to receive your Love 2 Shop gift card, or credit note as detailed above form part of the terms and conditions of this promotion. Any claim that does not meet the specific requirements of the promotion will be deemed invalid.
  18. All decisions are at the promoter's absolute discretion and are final.
    By claiming this offer, you agree for the Promoter to retain your personal information beyond the promotional period and agree to be contacted by them about future offers and promotions. You are, in any event, able to unsubscribe from this communication at any time by contacting your AkzoNobel Contractor Development Manager (CDM) whose details will be included on the emails at which point your personal information will no longer be retained. Any personal data relating to you including without limitation, the entrant's name, address and telephone number will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will be disclosed to third parties solely for the purpose of administering this promotion. Any personal information held by the Promoter in respect of this promotion will be held on record for a short period for the purpose of ensuring fulfilment of the promotion.

  20. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising there from.
  21. The Promoter serves the right to verify any claimant's details.
  22. In exceptional circumstances, outside of their control, the Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion but will endeavour to minimise the effect on claimants to avoid undue disappointment.
