How do I enter?

 

Purchase any participating promotional products from any participating trade outlet, online store or store that stocks the product between 00.01 BST on 30th August 2017 and 23.59 GMT on 31st October 2017.

 

Is there an age restriction to enter the Promotion?

 

The Promotion is open to participants aged 16 and over.

 

Do I have to be from the UK to enter?

 

The Promotion is open to UK address holders aged 16 and over (the "Participants") and excludes AkzoNobel’s Contract Direct customers, employees of the AkzoNobel group of companies, their families or agents or any other person connected with the running of this Promotion.

 

How long does the promotion run for?

 

The Promotional Period will run from 30th August 2017 until 31st October 2017 inclusive.

 

What stores can I buy the paint from?

 

The Promotion is available in participating trade outlets, online and in participating stores.

What products are applicable to the promotion?

 

The Promotion only applies to Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt 5L and 10L, Dulux Trade Diamond Matt 5L and 10L, Dulux Trade Diamond Eggshell 5L, Armstead Trade Durable Matt 5L, Armstead Trade Vinyl Matt 5L and 10L. Purchase of the participating products is necessary.

 

What product combinations in SKU/size can I buy and claim together?

 

To claim in the Dulux Trade and Armstead Trade Half a Million Giveaway you must purchase the applicable promotional products listed above, however you can purchase in any combination.

For example, you can purchase 1 x Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt 5L, 1 x Dulux Trade Diamond Eggshell 5L and 1 x Armstead Trade Vinyl Matt 10L. This would equal the minimum 20L purchase and would eligible to a £10 Love2shop voucher.

 

How many times can I participate in this promotion?

 

You can participate as many times as you like during the promotional period; the maximum claim amount you can claim is £200 worth of Love2Shop vouchers, be that in 1 individual claim or multiple claims. All claims must be received by 8th December 2017. Any claims received after this date will be invalid.

 

My paint is not listed as a qualifying purchase, is it eligible for the promotion?

 

No, unfortunately it is not eligible for this promotion. The Promotion only applies to Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt 5L and 10L, Dulux Trade Diamond Matt 5L and 10L, Dulux Trade Diamond Eggshell 5L, Armstead Trade Durable Matt 5L, Armstead Trade Vinyl Matt 5L and 10L. Purchase of the participating products is necessary.

 

How long do I have to send in my receipts?

 

The Promotional Period will run from 30th August 2017 until 31st October 2017. Only purchases made by Participants within the Promotional Period will be considered when determining the eligibility of Participants to receive Love2shop Vouchers under the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged or lost. All claims must be received by 8th December 2017. Any claims received after this date will be invalid.

 

How do I enter online?

 

Visit www.halfamilliongiveaway.co.uk and register an account by entering your company name, full name, email address and postal address including postcode.

Upload a picture/scan of your receipt(s), invoice(s) or delivery note(s) showing the purchase of the Participating Products and the date purchased. The image size limit is 5MB and supported file types are jpeg, jpg, png and pdf. The date of the receipt(s) must be within the Purchase Period. Incorrect receipt uploads will not be valid. The Participant must also provide additional information about each of the Products that they have purchased, namely: Company name, company postcode, purchase date, invoice or delivery note reference number, promotional product(s) purchased, volumes of promotional product(s) purchased, where promotional product(s) were purchased from including postcode.

Participants can upload more than 1 receipt, invoice or delivery note and make more than 1 claim during the Promotion as long as all receipts, invoices and delivery notes are dated within the Purchase Period. Total claimed purchases cannot exceed 400L during the Promotional Period.

For every 20L spent on qualifying products and provided the terms and conditions of the offer have been followed, Participants will receive 1 x £10 Love2shop voucher.

To redeem vouchers Participants may click through to the redeem website page www.halfamilliongiveaway.co.uk and the vouchers will be despatched to Participants within 2 weeks via secure mail.

 

How do I prepare my proof of purchase to upload during the registration process?

 

Please make sure all receipt(s), invoice(s) and delivery note(s) are readable and not crumpled. Take a photo or upload the following formats (jpeg, jpg, png and pdf) making sure the full receipt(s), invoice(s) and delivery note(s) are clearly visible including store name and all qualifying products you are claiming against. I have received a missing document email, what does this mean and what do I have to provide?

 

Please refer to the email we have sent you, it may be that the details uploaded for your proof of purchase were not sufficient to process your claim.

Common reasons for Missing Documents:

Proof of purchase was not legible. Proof of Purchase did not show the qualifying products or retailer purchased from. An incorrect document was uploaded and not a proof of purchase.

 

How do I post my entries in?

 

Complete the required details on the claim form within a Freepost envelope available in selected stores. Submit the required number of receipts, invoices or delivery notes (original or copies) for the amount of vouchers being claimed. Post your claim to the Freepost address on the envelope provided to:

Participants will receive their vouchers within 2 weeks of receipt of a claim via secure mail.


Where can I get another claim form/envelop from?

You can pick up a claim form envelope in any participating promotional Trade outlet.

Is there a maximum amount I can claim?

 

The Maximum amount you can claim is £200 worth of Love2Shop vouchers within the promotional period.

 

Can I receive cash instead of vouchers?

 

Unfortunately, not. The Promoter will only offer Love2shop Vouchers as stated and, for the avoidance of doubt, does not accept responsibility to pay any additional sums or expenses whatsoever (including, but not limited to, any form of insurance).

 

What if I have multiple purchases on my receipt(s), invoice(s) or delivery notes(s)?

 

Any one promotional product shown on a receipt, invoice or delivery note can only be used once to make a claim. Any remaining 5L or 10L promotional product(s) on the same receipt can be rolled over. Any person trying to circumvent this process by any method will be disqualified and any award made will be cancelled.

 

What happens if I've lost my receipt(s), invoice(s) or delivery note(s) so I can't send in?

 

We recommend contacting the store that you purchased the promotional products from to see if they can re-send or re-print a new receipt(s), invoice(s) or delivery notes(s). Please note this is at the discretion of each individual store and Dulux Trade & Armstead Trade who are trademarks of the AkzoNobel Group take no responsibility if you have lost receipts(s), invoice(s) or delivery note(s).

 

What happens if I don't receive my Love2Shop vouchers?

 

The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to ensure delivery within 14 days of a Participant claim of Love2shop vouchers. Please call 0344 561 8853 Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm (calls charged at local rate) for further enquiries.

 

Will my data be used for further promotional activity?

 

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any information that is collected from Participants in connection with this Promotion will be used for this Promotion only. The Promoter will not pass the information collected to any third parties.
